Hartford Heritage Project Place-based Courses

Through the Hartford Heritage Project, many courses at Capital Community College make use of community resources to deepen the learning experience and foster new understandings of Hartford. Depending on the theme of the Hartford Heritage course, classes might attend plays or concerts and visit historic landmarks, community organizations, museums, state government events, other college campuses, or the homes of famous authors in order to make meaningful connections with the course curriculum.
