CJS* 210 - Constitutional Law Credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): CJS* 101 . (Formerly LAW 104 ) A study of the U.S. Constitution, particularly the Bill of Rights and the Fourteenth Amendment, as they relate to criminal procedures and processes in the American courts, emphasis will be placed on legal procedures during arrest, interrogation, search and seizure, civil liabilities and constitutional protection for the accused.
